26.01.2019. An annual meeting of NBCO "Finex Kredit" staff members took place.

On January 26, 2019, a meeting was held with the employees of the head office and branches of the NBCO OJSC - Finex Kredit. The meeting discussed the financial results of the branches for 2018 and detailed information on the work done. Honored workers were rewarded. Diplomas were awarded in the nominations "The Best Branch of 2018", "Successful Debut" and "The Most Active Credit Manager."
In the second part of the event, budget forecast indicators for 2019 were discussed. Extensive discussions were held on budget indicators with branch staff, short-term, medium-term and long-term goals were presented for execution.
The non-bank credit organization Finex Kredit pays special attention to the development of human resources in accordance with the “Human Resources Development” policy. Regular measures are taken to improve the professionalism of all employees. In this area, in 2018 a number of events and trainings were held. The new evaluation system, which has been in operation since 2019, includes a motivational program aimed at motivating employees.
