On January 26, 2019, a meeting was held with the employees of the head office and branches of the NBCO OJSC - Finex Kredit. The meeting discussed the financial results of the branches for 2018 and detailed information on the work done. Honored workers were rewarded. Diplomas were awarded in the nominations "The Best Branch of 2018", "Successful Debut" and "The Most Active Credit Manager." In the second part of the event, budget forecast indicators for 2019 were discussed. Extensive discussions were held on budget indicators with branch staff, short-term, medium-term and long-term goals were presented for execution.
