17.01.2017. Regular Meeting of Shareholders of OAO "FinexKredit".

On January 14, 2017, the General Meeting of Shareholders was held at the head office of FinexKredit.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors made a report, spoke about the current activities of the company. The financial results of 2016 were discussed as well as other issues on which relevant decisions were made. Reports presented by the Board and the Supervisory Board were heard, and strategic decisions were made regarding the company's future activities. The situation on the financial market was considered, as well as issues that the market dictates, new mechanisms for accessing financial resources, and decisions were made to develop and sell these products.
