The portal also contains information on the amount of compensation paid to an individual, including the reduced part of the amount of compensation, part of the compensation payable to the citizen, and current loans, which are subject to exemption from restructuring.

At the same time, the national postal operator will provide compensation for disposing of individuals who are clients of a non-bank credit organization. A search engine was created on the website of the Financial Market Control Chamber to inform citizens about the receipt of funds by the national postal operator.
Citizens can receive information from the Appeals Commission of the Chamber (https://ak.fimsa.az) and the relevant information system Azerpost (http://azerpost.az/) to ensure the awareness of citizens.
