On February 28, 2019, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on additional measures to resolve problem loans for individuals in the Azerbaijan Republic in order to improve the welfare of the population, ensure social protection and a decent standard of living in the Azerbaijan Republic. This Decree is an important step towards solving problem loans in the country and improving the social welfare of the population.
In this regard, the leadership of the Chamber of Financial Markets instructed all credit institutions to resolve the above issues and to establish good contacts with the public in the light of the Decree on the settlement of problem loans of individuals. The non-bank credit organization Finex Kredit has already begun to implement all the issues arising from this decree, and will inform its customers about the results in a short time.
