13.03.2019.Created headquarters in connection with problem loans!
In order to ensure the resolution of issues arising from the Decree "On Additional Measures to Resolve Problem Loans to Individuals in the Republic of Azerbaijan", signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the Operating Headquarters was established in the non-bank credit organization FinexCredit Chambers of control of financial markets.
Employees who submitted applications for meetings with citizens applying to a credit organization were appointed and received instructions. There is a separate room for meetings with citizens, informing them about issues arising from the Decree. A register of registered citizens is compiled, and all information and requests are investigated and daily transmitted to the FIMSA.
