25.02.2015 The decision to compensate for losses on securities.
By the decision of the Supervisory Board of FinexKredit OJSC. dated February 24, 2015, a decision was made to reimburse the losses of individuals who are owners of the Company's corporate bonds arising from the change in the manat rate. This decision is intended to fully fulfill its obligations to customers based on long-term, trusting, partnerships. On the basis of the decision made, all clients will be notified individually and additional obligations will be concluded with them.
The corporate securities of FinexKredit OJSC are registered, non-documentary, with a yield of 14% per annum with a monthly interest payment. For early withdrawal of cash and interruption of the contract, no sanctions are applied.
