The Muslims of the world celebrating Novruz Bayram celebrate the third of the four pre-holiday Tuesdays (Ilahyr Chershbeler), the so-called “Tuesday of the wind” (“Yel Scheshenbes”). According to the mythological ideas about the universe, air is one of the four natural elements involved in the creation of the world. In the beliefs of our ancestors, this element was designated by the wind.

The main symbol of the third Tuesday is bonfires, which, according to ancient beliefs, should be divorced exclusively in all courtyards, because the bonfire carries with it all our adversities that accompanied us in the old year. It is believed that by jumping over the fire, people burn all their misfortunes and disappointments, thus clearing up before the new year.
Novruz is a holiday of the new year according to the astronomical solar calendar of the Iranian, some Turkic and Caucasian peoples, the international holiday of the spring equinox.
In 2009, Novruz was included by UNESCO in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, from that time on March 21 it was announced as the International Day of Novruz.
As a state, this holiday is celebrated in the 17th world, including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Georgia. Novruz also celebrates the Crimean Tatars.
