The State Committee for Securities registered the Issue Prospectus of FinexKredit OJSC NBCO. The volume of Issue amounted to 100,000 manat. 1,000 shares were issued with a par value of 100 manat each, which subsequently found their lucky owners.
Thus, the authorized capital of the company "FinexKredit" increased by 100,000 manat and amounted to 600,000 manat.
